I was so excited to read the chapter on poverty. But it was so disappointing💀He kept pointing out, “Hey guys, we have a tumor! This is bad! We need to fix it!” Which is great. But his solution was “SLAP SOME BANDAIDS ON IT”

I’m really enjoying the book rn. I think Platt’s call for radical faith, especially when it comes to the great commission, is extremely convicting to me, and makes me want to do more. And I will. I’ll make sure this conviction doesn’t go un-answered
