This is pretty hard to follow so far, but I suppose that's the point. The narrator is completely unreliable, and I'm not sure what's actually happening. Still, I read a review that said all the confusion is worth it in the end. Apparently I just have to hold on until chapter 32! I'm currently on chapter 19 -__-
