The main character (Mia) seems almost depressed in a way. She talked about how she just has to get through the 24 hour day and how she didn't like her life but others would give up a kidney for it. This reminds me of a time when I would have to think about just getting through the day and then looking forward to coming home. During this time I was going though something at school where I just didn't feel safe there.
