I did not expect to dislike this book. I really enjoyed “Burning Down Boise,” but this one goes on the did-not-finish shelf.

By chapter 3, I was getting pretty disgusted with the sexism and the misogyny. Does this attitude end pretty soon or is it gonna continue through the whole book? The main character has even given plenty of indication that he thinks his wife is an idiot. If this doesn’t turn around by the end of chapter 4, there’s no need for me to finish the book.
