Imagine someone you love sends you a frantic voice message that sounds like a goodbye and then you can’t get a hold of them no matter how hard you try. No one knows where they are and you have no way to contact them. Then, you find out it’s all ‘cause they dropped their phone and broke it. BRUH!!!

The farther I get into the series the more I can see that the author is British and trying to write American characters. Trade Deadline it was very subtle, but this one I can see it so clearly.
