Ah yes, this is why I don’t read self help books.
I have always like Brene Brown and would listen to her podcast so I figured I’d try this book. But when she started talking about the importance of spirituality and believing in something bigger bringing everyone together and *god* I had to stop because that didn’t track for me. I gave it a solid chance and then returned it. DNF
