Mona Awad is an author my algorithm constantly suggests to me since I mostly read “weird girl” books. I decided to start with Rouge since I am an Esthetician and this book centers around skin care. This is the first book I’ve read in a long time that I just cannot get into. It has a lot of elements that I like, but it’s boring and I’m not sure that I love the writing style. Going to keep reading for now.
