Ok so we're more than a third of the way in, and this is...SO confusing. Very fast moving but also so inconsistent. New plot points introduced every two seconds. Zero real explanations. No character growth or even depth. As a whole, this feels like a first draft that was both untrimmed and yet also not fleshed out enough. I'll give it some more effort, but I'm honestly considering DNFing if this doesn't improve soon.
