It's such a slog... I'm even listening to the audio book and really like the voice. Maybe that's why I've held on as long as I have. I'm not sure I care enough to finish. The world building is subpar, the characters are monotonous, and there's just no story. I'm waiting around for what to happen? Oh more lackluster sex. Meh.
