The first chapter of this book gave me the same feeling as listening to a new musical group and realizing that some people are still writing authentic 80s New Wave Synth Pop. Perfect cyberpunk. Over-the-top action, cyberware, smart-ass quips, Japan-envy, retro-tech! If the rest of this book keeps up the pace, it's five stars for sure!
