Why do half of the moms in this universe think they can solve bullying by banning their kids, who are being bullied, from talking to their friends, who are also being bullied

Also none of these kids are bystanders at this point so idk why this book claims to be from the bystander's perspective

As an adult who was bullied so badly as a child I have a dissociative disorder Ophelia and her mom can both go to hell for implying bullying victims are exaggerating the cruelty of other children

Peer abuse has long lasting consequences. It ruins lives.
