A fascinating , well-researched perspective on facts we often don’t (or maybe never) hear. For example, the other cases around Plessy v. Ferguson that continue to be cited to this day in U.S. territories (not to mention “guano islands” as a thing) is particularly gelling, given all of the hubbub around this year’s Super Bowl performance.
