I’m so glad she’s telling me all this about this character, bc I literally didn’t know shit about him lmfao. Could’ve *shown* it instead, but I digress.

I know some of y’all salivate at those “MY WIFE” moments, but this shit here is sooooo unearned! We’ve barely seen them interact! How do you expect me to care about their fuckass fake marriage when, from my perspective, they’re still acquaintances? 🥱

The only reason I’m not dnf’ing this mess is bc I’m getting through it pretty quickly as an audiobook while I’m drawing. Otherwise this underdeveloped “romance” would be GONE.

The author is doing such a TERRIBLE job setting up this relationship! The characters keep saying they know each other super well, but us, the readers, literally never saw any of that! So much *telling* and zero *showing*, which is CRAZY because she wants me to believe in this stupid romance! 🙄🙄🙄
