This takes place well after the most recent St Mary's book, so why does Max in her internal dialogue act like she has no clue what happened to the Princes in the Tower when there's an entire book dedicated to her figuring that out?????? I assume it is somehow part of her deception but it's weird bc it's her thoughts, not just what she says.

At this point, since these novels are a few years ahead of the St Mary's novels in terms of internal timeline, I'm going to assume that something has happened to make Max forget what she knows about the Princes in the Tower. (My guess is it probably relates to what's going on with [redacted individual] in the St Mary's books. Which worries me bc I love [redacted individual] dearly :(
