The first 100 pages read like a commercial for another book of Quinn ‘Deep Change’, it is more or less referred to in every case described. And the term fundamental leadership is mentioned at least as much, after 111 pages, the only thing I know about is that you need to change yourself. I have actually asked myself a few times whether I should really continue reading this book.
