not sure why i’m struggling so much to get into this! i think it might be a genre slump situation because it is so good otherwise…the betrayal?! i just gasped a chapter ago so this is a good sign, we move

i’m not entirely sure what’s happening. it’s not addictive, but it is quality — it’s so, sooo good.
the way darrow’s mind processes and works is very enjoyable to read. i love the direction of his character, and with what has just been happening i am very anxious to see what occurs next….
