Dnf’ing cause I’ve read enough. Aside from the misogyny, homophobia (the f slur being thrown around so much) and then rape too, this book has such a lack of plot and characterization (River first portrayed as like the golden boy happy guy and Rain being like the troubled, terrible emotionally distraught individual). Genuinely after a while just asked myself why keep reading when the chapters aren’t good.
