Okay, I'm not liking this Hoopla app player at all. Yes, it does have the ability to increase playback speed, but even at the normal pacing I keep having issues with jerks/gaps/jumps/repeats/skips & overall shitty streaming quality. I've tried starting it over & even pausing for a while to let it "buffer" (just in case) but nothing seems to be improving the experience.

I may have to go back to the desktop after all.

Oh man, I'm really getting into this...but I just picked up a Smirnoff Ice Party Pack and that Mary Calmes book is calling my naaaaaaame.

First book I'll be listening to via Hoopla. Not at all happy that I can't speed up the playback a little (at least I can't while streaming it on my computer)...but I'll get over it, I guess. I'll check later to see if it's the same for the Android App...
