Soooo many mental health professionals have recommended me this book but it’s been hard to find the motivation to pick up non fiction since graduation. I was not 100% sure what the book would talk about. I cannot believe the author lives in Minneapolis and the three sections cover black body trauma, white body supremacy, AND POLICE BODY. This is divine intervention telling me to pick this damn book up.
