it’s all a massive (and fatal) game of the prisoners dilemma if you think about it… you COULD all work together to get the mutually beneficial best outcome… but you can’t trust anyone so you have to betray others or you will be betrayed anyways 😭

i’m taking my time with this book but i am actually loving it so far - i wish i had the words to explain it but i really like the writing style, it paints such a clear picture but is so easy to connect with and i just know its going to break my heart later

i’m loving this translation already the writing style is so engaging
i’m busy here trying to learn all these characters names but will likely regret it soon… i feel like im going to be devastated… the hint of violence already was a lot
