A lot of these chapters, obviously except the ones about being a celebrity, but mainly chapter 48 i feel as thpugh she is literally writing a book straight from my mind and everyday thoughts. Its almost creepy.
I know most mums/parents feel like they are the only ones with certain feelings but seeing things wrote down in front of me has made me feel 10000% better about my choices and just parenting in general

The pressures, confusion and constant guilt of being a mum is so hard to describe and i used to constantly beat myself up about feeling negative or not perfectly perfect when it comes to my way of parenting my kids.
She has absolutely hit every nail on the head with this book and im not even half way through.
I wish i had this book years ago when mine were young, it would of helped a lot
