Gosh this book is getting me fired up! Our perfect, immeasurable, uncomprehensible dwelling with Yahweh in the new heavens and new earth is just astounding. Macarthur goes through Ezekiel, Isiah, and Revelation 21. The glory of the Lord lighting the entire place, the new Jerusalem radiating and reflecting his glory, and us enjoying the Father perfectly, gosh. indescribable. Stirring my heart for the face of Christ.

Not what I expected from Macarthur to start. He starts the first 2 chapters by critiquing "Heaven Tourism", or people that claim to have gone to heaven and back. His main concern is that their claims do not match what God has given in his authoritative and sufficient Word and we as a church are to do better by testing these things as we are commanded to do (1 Thessalonians 5:21)
