In Ch 5 he explains Jesus Sanctification (John 17), the sanctification of unbelievers (1 Cor 7), and the sanctification of objects (1 Tim 4). Primarily, it has to do with being in the presence of God. When we are saved, we have the Holy Spirit in us (we are continuously in God's presence), therefore we are Sanctified (Accomplish Sanctification).

Matt Pitts While also acknowledging progressive sanctification?

message 2: by Andrew (new) - added it

Andrew Krom Payne seems to argue exclusively for Definitive / Accomplished Sanctification while preferring to call "Progressive Sanctification" either transformation or growth. It looks like in the rest of the book he will exclusively view the doctrine of Sanctification as passages that include the word "Sanctification".
