unfortunately i feel like the reveal is going to be something like Amy has actually been on the ward this whole time and shes hallucinating that the other med student I forgot his name was her boyfriend but shes actually just projecting onto him. gonna be some twist like shes actually the aggressive patient in isolation 1. hopefully not ill be sad af if her books become too predictable bc I really want to like her.
