How is it?? I have both books on audible but waiting for my Libby books to be finished

I found the first one a bit slow to start but by the halfway mark I was getting way more invested in the characters and story. By the end I was hooked. This second one has been WAY better imo (and I’m dreading being left on a cliffhanger for who knows how long awaiting the next in the series 😅)
