This book could have been about 100 pages shorter. I really didn’t need to read about the color of the paint on the walls, etc (exaggerating, but you get the point). The story line is compelling but not well told (btw, I do love Frank Herbert). It’s almost “jerky” and leaves you with a lot of questions from beginning to end.
