I’m hate reading at this point… when is this supposed to get interesting?

I think I’m going to DNF this. It feels like I’m sitting through all my English classes again, so it’s just boring. I think if I had read this in high school, it would have made me feel smart & excited for college, but at this point in my life, it just feels pretentious.

I was hoping this wouldn’t be as pretentious & insufferable as the secret history, but it’s kindaaa starting out that way
