Die Waldhexe wow
The illustrations remind me a little of Theodor Kittelsen mixed with the other fairytale illustrations I’m used to - gorgeous and eerie, love it.
The blumendrei of it all though… :(
Maybe it’s been too long, or I never caught wherever it aired yet (still not past EXU), but I can’t recall this one told in C2 anywhere. Now I’m curious

Sometime, 2006 or just about, a young Norwegian girl was reading the German classical illustrated fairytale of Hansel and Gretel before bed. This time, 20 years later, she is reading a similarly illustrated German-inspired fairytale book, in her much bigger bed.
They are both content.
