Skipped Part II/ Freedom (Chapter 6 "Responsibility" and Chapter 7 "Willing") from p. 218 to p. 346 since, from a brief skimming, it seemed to be a mere paraphrasing of Erich Fromm's "Escape From Freedom", which I've read and discussed with my students numerous times.
