I will continue the book because I want to know how it ends. But I feel like it’s the same dynamics and drama on repeat. Apart from Jake, I don’t see any character development. The first half could’ve been half the length imo.

I’m not really feeling it right now. Maybe too soon after the last book I finished idk. Not sure if it’s a Christmas book or just Winter, so I’ll leave it for after Christmas.
