Giirrrl 🥵🥵 I gotta say, this is not the book to read if you are actively struggling with like postpartum intrusive thoughts… If I had read this early pp, I think I would of had to place the book down immediately. But where I am at now, it is just 😳😰 wowza. Very good but for the right time/person, if that makes sense!!!
