Congrats.
The end of Chapter 37 had me joining the main characters in swearing violence on the big bad of this book.

I think that I am on chapter 33.
Cord has a nice vehicle, so I do not blame him for worrying about it.
I do find his protectiveness in f it funny a bit.

“ I don’t trust leaving my car on this street, but I can’t get exactly take it inside with me.”

Take me to church and try to get me to repent. I won’t. Chapter twelve is worth the blasphemy. 🤣
