From the information we have now I think the murderer is Max Hastings because I feel like Jason Bell is too much of a direct suspect for a Holly Jackson Book, and also while Billy was getting interviewed he was feeling really tired, this means rohnypol (I forgot how to spell it) may have been used and we know that Max bought those from Andie and based on his past, he would be a DT killer
