Why does the birth of Elizabeth get 1 page while discussing and interrogating Barton at least 5? It wasn't even clear who was present nor who was talking. Still having troubles with the style; I personally get very confused when people just drop into a scene without context and leave it without a conclusion. Like why are we here? What are we trying to achieve? Why don't you tell me what has been decided?

Significant personal moments that develop the internal character are glossed over; summarized in a sentence or two while incompreshensible conversations between indistinguishable characters are unnaturally written. No introduction; no context for the reader. Matter of style or poor writing? I just know it creates hiccups while reading.
