On spiritual friendship. 'You need to be careful not to develop a formula and apply it to everybody; you should try to respond to the person's actual needs, and help them along the path they have already started to follow, if that path is leading to growth and development. It feels good to get people going along exactly your own path, but perhaps they needs to do things differently.'
