Started this again because Wuthering Heights has been pissing me off.
Some people think that teens didn’t think like this back then. I truly believe the people around me did. I feel like I’ve heard some sentences in the first chapter aloud before.
Totally offensive, though. I guess things really do change (and become generally unacceptable).

This is so easy to read, and does make me laugh at times, but it’s not really scratching my reading itch.
I can’t hate on this completely, though. This reminds me of secondary school… it’s insane. I’d like to say the MC is a terrible person, but no, she’s just a teenage girl.
Maybe my reading age has progressed?
Of course it has, I just need to bolster my surprisingly young lexicon.
