This is by far the best book I’ve read on the subject so far. It’s unfortunate that it took me so long to get to it. All the annoying skipped steps in other QFT books are actually explained with clarity accompanied with some nice pedagogical insights from a brilliant teacher. This is my version of how QFT needs to be taught (current progress is chapter 7).
