After moving past all the "poor me" and "poor us" stuff, I started to feel better about the book. Even though, I have an incredible drive to experience physical maternity, to further understand what my body and will are capable of, I find myself feeling more and more joyful as I read about adoption. I have wanted to be a foster parent since I was very young, and still does. I hope that I am able to do all 3!

This book should really be called "Deciding to Parent without a Man, and Convincing yourself it will be OK even though Everyone else Disagrees." I think I'm done with it.
