Gus now likes Reed. She has been internally struggling with who she wants to be as an individual and she is struggling to pick between Fish or Reed. During all of this chaos, Gus tends to look back to the way things used to be. The author states, "I open my yearbook until I find the photo. I know that girl. I am that girl. I would do anything for her, to be her again" (274). In the end, I think she will choose Reed.

In the beginning of the book, Gus is a senior in high school. She is dating a boy named Fish (James), who has gone away to college and they start to struggle with long distance. Gus meets a boy named Reed and starts to catch feelings for him when she knows it is wrong. “Reed is staring at me… He mouths back, ‘Let’s go.’ Flutters again. That has to stop”(63).

Hi Brooke! This book looks interesting! It must be good because you are almost done! Who would you recommend this book to? I think that I would like it. It seems to be the perfect mix of romance and it also seems to leave you on the edge of your seat.

This is so interesting at the fact that she is going through a internal stress with herself. It seems like she is going through a strong character change, I look forward to see what ends up happening.
Hi Brooke! This book really seems like good upcoming romance. I think finding herself was probably the hardest part but also having to choose between two guys. I can't wait to hear your final update.
