Starnone is the rumored husband of Elena Ferrante, and I can totally see how one might get that impression. Both he and Ferrante do an excellent job of unpacking complex social issues & conflicting ideals, all under the backdrop of juicy, juicy drama. Love it! I’ll be thinking about this one for a while.
