yeah im afraid they’re gonna take the side of the time travelers and im already so fucking annoyed with them about that

this book is just… 3 stars. this entire series is that. cuz it’s not my genre but im already curious how it’s gonna end and it’s like… sigh

im so confused tho… “none of us rly kept in touch h after that hell night back in 88” HOW DO THEY REMEMBER? were the memories not wiped completely? were they wiped at all? but also… the three of them were friends before that night… why didn’t they stay friends? im just…

it’s crazy how they’re not in each others future… if it wasn’t for that hell night, they wouldn’t have become/stayed friends… so fuck yeah, reverse all this shit idk. because also… how can they stay friends if all the futures are so different? like having a different timeline compared to a bunch of other timelines is probably bad?

lol no actually the time travelers contribute to the misery and don’t make it better for “every” generation. but at least this logic makes so much sense to me

ah, wait… i kinda like the old lady’s motivation… she’s terrified of the future and wants to prevent it, so… i now suddenly get it. why she’s doing what she’s doing. hmmmmm.
until now, she just seemed obsessed for the sake of it, so i was like “u bitch” but now that there’s motivation and fear… thank god, it just made the story better 😭😭
