Penny the dark horse! Would never have guessed that but both her and John have gone mow together so that was best. Although she did get away with it for so long. Funny that Chris is now dating Donna’s mum, not sure on the dynamic there but work could get awkward quickly. Not far off the end now! Another great book.

One murder solved and for it to be Johnny to murder Tony Curran, I was disappointed, we barely even know Johnny and haven’t even met him!

But John / Penny to be involved in a murder, that’s a shock! Looking forward to finishing it off and hearing the whole story

Johnny is the killer of Curran. Kind of makes sense but I’m still not 100% that the accusation is correct! Jason going for a Karen was great, only to be proved stupid. And now Karen’s pointed someone out on the “Cut to the Chase”! Wonder who this is going to be 🤔

Well that was a very deep story about Maggie! Mathews lover. But it does take away from the suspicion. Not a bad idea from Elizabeth with the confessions, now time to get back to suspect hunting.

I still don’t think it will be Father Mackie who killed Ian or Johnny killing Tony, seems too obvious!

Sad Bernard has gone! Big loss for Joyce and rules him out. Making me want to read on!

Learning a lot more about Jason Ritchies past and he definitely isn’t innocent! But still need a lot more detail to pinpoint who the murderer of Ian Ventham is)
