Seriously, this sheit gets crazy. The scaling aspect to the whole indistry is wild. Basically scaling LLMs is the only method being pursued, leaving the rest of the industry to be devoid of talent and funding. Plus the moderation of content and training data is as bad if not worse than moderating social media (yes they do indeed scrape anything and everything on the web)

So far the newest information to me has been the fact all this information has been put into one book. It feels a bit like seeing behind the curtain in Oz.
If you want to understand what really goes into developing Ai (turns out it is indeed a marketing term), then dive in. Would help to have some basic understanding of large language models or at least machine learning, but not essential.
