I just started the 3rd chapter. At this point, the hero is a very grumpy man in need of some Christmas cheer and some real joy in his life. He must accept the tragedy in his past and believe he deserves some happiness. And those poor girls! Don't you just want to hug them even if one would not like that in the least. LOL
