The thing about an MZD book is that for world building purposes, the story has long existed in this fictitious universe, so you’ll be informed throughout of someone writing a song or painting a picture about a certain scene. You’ll hear about whether they used colored pencils or acrylics and if that song sucked ass or not. It can get distracting but it is unique I guess.
