I think I watch too many cop/mystery shows and read too many books from those genres because this FMC seems a little dumb to me. At least during the trial. But maybe she’s too star struck by the defendant or too distracted by the old “boy-next-door” in the seat beside her 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. Aside from that, it’s cute so far!
