The way Caine comes to town and takes authority within 15 minutes. ¨If its okay with everyone here, I would like to sit down with your leaders in the presence of our lord, and discuss my plan and any changes you want to make. Within 15 minutes of Caine arriving from the rival school he establishes authority and gets most of the town to trust him. Cane is manipulating the kids b/c it is easy when theres no authority.
