There are yeses and there are nos. I’m enjoying the witchy part. I want to know more about magic and how the potions are made, I loved the details of how he got the dragons blood. And I want one of those grimoires for myself! But do I actually like the characters? I don’t know yet. And I feel like 300+ pages in, I should know.

Okay, barely started and I already am super uncomfortable with how often our assumed love interest is comparing MC to a child? But then also saying he is horny and she’s cute? 😬This does not bode well.
