Pausing my reading of this. It is a very interesting read, but it's hard to read, it's such sorrow and trauma and hardship and just unfair how the body and mind tries to 'help' the things that should never have happened in the first place. I have the luxury to stop reading. So I'm going to pause and pick it up when I've had a breather. It is very good and I'll get back to it.
