Open a brand new note in your notes app (or use a piece of paper). Every day write the date, and something good that happened that day. Title the note: good things happen to me. When you need the reminder that good things DO happen, open that note and read all the things you have to be grateful for. Even the little things.

English, Spanish and geography 😭😭😭 idk why I’m failing English and geography but I know I’m failing Spanish because I summit my audio recordings (theres something assigned that you have to say but I don’t know where to find it) Hola and then I summit it and you have to do one every day and it’s worth a lot of points but I’m lazy 😭😭😭
